Children & Teens Program

A weekend designed for families too
Alongside the program for adults, a Children & Teens program is offered for ages 7 – 15. Children under 7 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
This playful program invites young people to discover mindfulness, kindness, and curiosity through games, stories, hands-on activities, short guided meditations, creative projects, and movement sessions.
Sessions are led by experienced facilitators in French and English, so that every child and teen can participate at their own pace in a safe environment.
Mingyur Rinpoche, Alexandre Jollien, and Frédéric Auquier will lead this program dedicated to children and teenagers.

Do you need to know how to meditate to participate? No, no prior experience is necessary. The program is open to everyone, whether you’re new to meditation or already have a practice.
Do I have to be Buddhist to attend ? No : this event is open to everyone, regardless of religious or spiritual practice. The conference is presented in an accessible and universal manner.
How will translation be provided ? The adult program will be in English with simultaneous translation into French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, and French Sign Language.
How do I get there ? Laval is easily accessible from several major French and European cities. By train : there are direct connections from Paris (about 1 hour and 15 minutes by TGV). Connections are available from other major cities such as Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Geneva, etc. By plane : the nearest airports are Nantes Atlantique Airport (about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car) and the Paris airports (about 2 to 2 hours and an half depending on the route).
Is accommodation included in the program price ? No, accommodation is not included in the ticket price : each participant is responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements.

Are meals included in the program price ? No, meals are not included in the ticket price. A vegetarian lunch box is available as an option for Sunday, July 19, 2026; please reserve it directly when you register on the ticket office website (select the “Vegetarian Lunch Box – 07/19/2026” option). Tea and coffee will be served during breaks.
Can I buy my ticket on-site ? No, it is not possible to buy a ticket on-site. Registration is available only online, subject to availability. We therefore recommend booking in advance, as the event may sell out.
What is the cancellation policy ? More than 60 days before the event : full refund of the ticket price (minus a €20 processing fee). Between 30 and 60 days before : €90 refund. Within 30 days of the event : €30 refund. For any cancellation requests, please contact [email protected].
